Residents voice surveys |
||
|
Good afternoon,
Following a recent Town Council Meeting it was raised that some residents did not know how to report incidents through to the Police. I just wanted to send a message explaining all the methods you can report …
1- 999 This is encase of an emergency - when a crime is in progress or if someone's live is at risk. For instance serious assault, robbery, Road traffic collision, missing child , aggressive shoplifter. Crime in progress when offender is still at the location. 2- 101 this is for all non- urgent incidents . Parking complaints, low level ASB, when a crime has been committed however the offender has left the location. 3- Public Contact mailbox - Email in to Public.Contact@Cheshire.Police.uk this is for enquires around local policing, reporting non urgent incidents. 4- Resident Voice survey - This can be found on Cheshire Police website www.cheshire.police.co.uk to make local BEAT team aware of localised issues like Parking, Speeding etc.
I hope this helps , For further enquires please do not hesitate to contact myself via Cheshire Alert or through the Cheshire Police website - contact your local officer section.
Kind regards
PCSO Faulkner. | ||
